Refund policy

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@gaivyagifts.com or via WhatsApp.  

Eligibility for Returns:
- Item must be unused and in original packaging.  
- Personalized or custom gift hampers cannot be returned unless defective.  

Refunds:
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you.  
- Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.  

Exchanges:
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
